Outstanding trip! Excellent boat and dive crew, as well as a very organized dive operation. Multiple dives interacting with baby sea lions brought a few divers to joyful tears! Mobula ray night dive was otherworldly! At times huge clouds of fish. Consistent close encounters with turtles on  Fang Mi wreck. Fun friendly group to dive with. Beautiful trip-specific rash guards from trip leaders. This is my second recent trip with this LDS, am signed up for another trip two months from now, and eagerly awaiting their future offerings. Diving with Sea Lions & Mobula Rays

Another "Once in a Lifetime trip" with ADZ.  We were promised baby sea lions and mobula rays and were not disappointed!   Our ADZ escorts, Rachael and Michael, were with us all the way and took care of everything.  The evening meals with Rachael, Michael and the other divers were like family dinners as we all shared highlights from our day's dives.  My wife and I even completed our PADI Advanced Open Water dives on this trip with Melissa (an ADZ instructor) who was along on the trip.

Rachael and Michael are the dynamic duo of dive trips.  Their attention to detail and level of organization are phenomenal.  They researched our land accommodations and local dive shop providing us with an amazing adventure.  Will definitely choose ADZ for another scuba adventure.

Dominica is home to nearly 250 resident female and juvenile sperm whales. We will participate in a whale watching tour to see the sperm whales. Note: We will not be swimming with the whales, we will take an eco-friendly approach and be watch them from the boat.

Whale Watching Tour 

After our last dive of the trip we will participate in a hike to the majestic twin waterfalls at Trafalgar. A 15-minute walk along a well-maintained rainforest trail to the viewing platform frames sweeping views of the 125ft and 75ft falls. We will venture further with a guide to soak in mineral rich hot pools sculpted by nature and get as close as possible to the base of the larger cascade.

THE DIVING

Upon cancellation of a reservation for any reason, the refund of the deposit and payments made will be contingent upon American Dive Zone reselling the participant's reservation. Any refund will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee and payment of any non-refundable fees imposed by the tour company, dive operator, or any other contractor associated with the trip. On our off-gassing day we will have any opportunity to walk around the city of La Paz. The city offers street food tours, grafitti tours, ocean themed sculptures, and historic tours. You may also choose to spend the day at the beach. Choose your own adventure!

La Paz is a coastal city on the eastern side of the Baja California Peninsula along the Sea of Cortez. Known for its calm waterfront, warm climate, and relaxed atmosphere, it serves as the capital of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur. It has beautiful beaches, marine life, and outdoor activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, and boat tours to nearby islands like Espíritu Santo Island, a protected natural area famous for clear waters and sea lion colonies. The city blends traditional Mexican culture with a laid-back seaside lifestyle.

LA PAZ, MEXICO

The Sea of Cortez is well-known for its sea lion colonies. Join us to experience the magic of diving with these special animals! In addition to sea lions, the Sea of Cortez dive sites host an abundance of marine life. Many sites lie around the protected islands of Espíritu Santo Island and Isla Partida often called part of the "aquarium of the world".Dive profiles range from 20-60ft and 70-100ft. There is one possible dive site on a wreck that sits at 70ft.We will have five days of 3-tank boat dives, with one bonfire style mobula ray night dive.Diving experience: As the diving here is unique with opportunities to dive with sea lions, and mobula rays, each diver must feel comfortable diving with wildlife at close proximity.&nbsp;
